Tidak hairanlah jika kanak-kanak seawal usia lapan tahun sudah meminatinya. MENGENAI BUKU INI Buku ini adalah gambaran ringkas tentang pornografi terutamanya yang tidak jelas untuk membantu ibu bapa, pemimpin Gereja, guru Gereja kanak-kanak, dan kaunselor yang terlibat dalam membantu orang yang sedang bergelut dengan ketagihan pornografi. CONTENT REVIEW AND MODERATION POLICY FOR KOMUNITI DIGITAL BY WARISAN BORNEO DIGITAL SDN. BHD. The Company is committed to enforcing this Policy to safeguard the integrity of the Platform and to comply with legal, ethical, and religious standards. By using the Platform, users agree to comply with this Policy, and the Company reserves the right to take necessary action in accordance with its provisions. 1. Content Standards and Compliance 1.1 General Content Guidelines The following standards apply to all content on Komuniti Digital: I. Christian Doctrine: All content must be aligned with the teachings of Christianity, fostering faith-based discussions, community-building, compassion, love, and respect. Content should positively contribute to the Christian community, promote moral conduct, and uphold the values of Christian ethics. II. Malaysian Law Compliance: All content must comply with Malaysian laws, including but not limited to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Sedition Act 1948, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Content should not: A. Incite violence, hatred, or unlawful activities. B. Violate national security or public order. C. Defame or harm the reputation of individuals, groups, or organizations. D. Contradict societal norms or breach public decency standards. 1.2 Prohibited Content The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Platform: I. Defamation and Libel: Content that intentionally harms the reputation of individuals, organizations, or groups. II. Blasphemy or Disrespect for Religion: Content that undermines, disrespects, or mocks religious figures, sacred texts, or religious beliefs, particularly Christianity. III. Sedition and Incitement to Violence: Content that promotes illegal activity, sedition, or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination. IV. Obscenity and Explicit Content: Content that contains sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise indecent material. V. Content Review and Pre-Publication Approval 2.1 Pre-Publication Review Process To ensure that all content complies with the standards outlined above, a pre-publication review process is mandatory for all content submitted to the Platform. The AI tools will flag content that potentially violates the Policy, including but not limited to: I. Hate speech or offensive language. II. Explicit or inappropriate imagery. III. Violations of legal standards or ethical guidelines. Manual moderators will then review flagged content to determine whether it requires removal or further action. 3.2 Reporting Mechanism for Inappropriate Content Users of the Platform are encouraged to report any content that they believe violates this Policy. The Platform includes a streamlined reporting system that enables users to report: I. Offensive, harmful, or discriminatory content. II. Content that contradicts Christian teachings or violates the Platform’s legal and ethical standards. 3.3 Moderation Actions Upon receiving a report or detecting a violation, the Platform will take appropriate action, which may include: I. Content Removal: Immediate removal of any content that violates the Policy. III. User Warnings: Issuance of warnings to users who post content that violates the Policy. Repeated violations may result in more severe actions. III. Account Suspension or Termination: In cases of severe or repeated violations, a user’s account may be suspended temporarily or permanently banned from the Platform. 4. Content Review Committee and Moderation Team 4.1 Content Review Committee The Content Review Committee will oversee the review of all content submitted for publication on the Platform. Techniques for identifying and addressing harmful, offensive, or illegal content. The team will enforce content removal and appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary. 5. Enforcement, Consequences, and Appeals 5.1 Enforcement of Policy The Company will take immediate action against content that violates this Policy. Actions include: I. Content Removal: Removing content that violates the Platform’s guidelines. II. Temporary Suspension: Suspending accounts of users who engage in minor violations of the Policy. III. Permanent Ban: Permanently banning users from the Platform in cases of severe or repeated violations. 5.2 Appeals Process If a user’s content is removed or their account is suspended or terminated, the user may submit an appeal to the Content Review Committee. The appeal will be reviewed, and the user will be provided with a final decision within 14 working days. 6. Legal Considerations 6.1 Governing Law This Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Sedition Act 1948, and any other applicable Malaysian laws.
