The Platform, Komuniti Digital ("the Platform"), is operated by Warisan Borneo Digital Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), a company incorporated under Malaysian law, with Company Registration No. 1475513P / 202201029816. By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Platform and ensure that you interact in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and aligned with both the legal requirements of Malaysia and Christian values.

All content provided by Komuniti Digital ("Platform Content") including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of Warisan Borneo Digital Sdn. Bhd. and is protected by Malaysian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may access this content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of the Platform Content beyond that is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Company. 

 

1.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create and post on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Warisan Borneo Digital Sdn. Bhd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of promoting and operating the Platform, in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform. Specifically, you must comply with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and all other relevant laws governing the use of online platforms in Malaysia. Additionally, you must ensure that your actions on the Platform align with the ethical guidelines consistent with Christian teachings, including respect for others and adherence to values of morality and compassion.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct
You shall not post, upload, or share content that:

• Is defamatory, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.

• Promotes illegal activities or violates the ethical standards of Christianity, such as content that glorifies violence, immorality, or substance abuse.

• Violates Malaysian laws, including hate speech, libel, or content that could incite religious intolerance or violence.

• Violates the intellectual property rights of third parties or contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

 

2.3 Content Solely for the Christian Faith

You also understand and agree that all materials uploaded or shared within this Platform are solely intended to support, promote, and foster the Christian faith. The Platform is intended as a space for content, discussions, and activities that align with Christian teachings and values. Content that deviates from this purpose or promotes other beliefs or faiths may be removed or restricted by the Platform.

 

3. Platform Usage and Restrictions

3.1 Content Restrictions
The Platform operates under strict guidelines to ensure that all content posted or shared aligns with legal and ethical standards, including:

• Compliance with Malaysian and international laws, including the Sedition Act 1948, and the Cybersecurity Act 2017.

• Adherence to Christian values, ensuring that the Platform is a space of respect, compassion, and community-building.

• Content that promotes peace, unity, and mutual respect while refraining from content that could disrupt the social fabric or promote division.

 

3.2 Enforcement of Guidelines
Warisan Borneo Digital Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or unlawful.

4. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

4.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including all relevant regulations governing the use of online platforms. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

4.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy related to the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia under the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
